
Nykole Prevost is the Sr. Business Consultant for the Minority Entrepreneurs Initiative, covering Northern California; the initiative is intentional on accelerating small business growth with a focus on minority, women and veterans. Since joining the firm in 2010, Nykole has held a variety of roles including marketing, finance and Corporate Responsibility. Nykole has also been a significant partner in implementing local initiatives including: Entrepreneurs of Color Fund, launching The Fellowship Initiative in Oakland and expanding the firm’s $75 million philanthropic commitment to the Bay Area.
Nykole’s current role is a direct result of JPMorgan Chase’s commitment to racial equity; as a Sr. Business Consultant she empowers small business owners through a solution centered approach by educating, coaching and leveraging resources to drive sustainable growth. Nykole strives to integrate her experience in Corporate Responsibility to lead innovative solutions that centers the needs of the small business community.
In addition to her professional career, she devotes her time driving diversity strategies on the leadership committee for the Black Organization of Leadership Development, an employee resource group at JPMorgan Chase. Nykole continues to approach her volunteer efforts and professional pursuits with excitement and passion, by paying it forward and inspiring others to do the same.
Prior to her role at JPMorgan Chase she was in fundraising in the non-profit sector for early childhood development. Nykole was born and raised in Oakland, CA and graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Business Management.
