Samantha Wise

Samantha works as an Executive Assistant for a local utility company. In 2004, she co-founded C.E.O. (Community Enrichment Organization) a 501c3 where she is the Executive Director whose mission is to “Improve the lives of children and families by providing family support, mentorship, and a safe inviting environment in which the family structure is reinforced.” Samantha decided to give back to her community because she feels it’s her job to provide support to youth and older adults. Having faced challenges of her own growing up Samantha has a vested interest in being a servant in her community. Read More


Elaine Brown

Elaine Brown

Elaine Brown is a former leader of the Black Panther Party, as Minister of Information then Chairman.  She is the author of A Taste of Power and The Condemnation of Little B.  A Taste of Power, her autobiography, was optioned by Robbie Brenner Productions (Dallas Buyers Club) for production of a feature film, slated to start filming in 2022, with distribution by Netflix; and, was just published in June 2021 as a new audiobook by Audible and in January 2022 by Penguin/Random House UK. Nykole Prevost

Nykole Prevost is the Sr. Business Consultant for the Minority Entrepreneurs Initiative, covering Northern California; the initiative is intentional on accelerating small business growth with a focus on minority, women and veterans. Since joining the firm in 2010, Nykole has held a variety of roles including marketing, finance and Corporate Responsibility. Nykole has also been a significant partner in implementing local initiatives including: Entrepreneurs of Color Fund, launching The Fellowship Initiative in Oakland and expanding the firm’s $75 million philanthropic commitment to the Bay Area. Shirley M. Collado joined College Track in January 2022 as President & Chief Executive Officer. Throughout her career, Dr. Collado has leveraged her leadership to advocate for equity in all forms, pushing toward real change by activating an awareness of—and working toward the deconstruction of—existing structures that prevent full participation, whether on campuses or in communities at large.   Read More


Lindsay Barenz

Lindsay Barenz is President of Oakland Roots SC, the USL Championship men’s soccer club in Oakland, California. She was formerly the President of Business Operations at the Washington Spirit, the VP of Business Development at the National Women’s Soccer League, and the VP of Strategic Business Development and General Counsel at Real Salt Lake and the Utah Royals FC where she served as RSL’s Alternate Governor on Major League Soccer’s Board of Governors. Hillary Blout 

Hillary Blout is the Founder and Executive Director of the national nonprofit For The People, which activates the power of prosecutors to remedy unjust prison sentences. Prior to For The People, Hillary spent years as a prosecutor for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office working under Vice President Harris (when Vice President Harris first served as District Attorney) and then District Attorney George Gascón. Hillary is a fierce advocate for victims of crime, with years spent focusing on crimes against women and children, as well as securing enhanced and stable resources for these victims.  Read More


Noelle Bonner

Ms. Dora Wong is Region Director of Public Affairs and Communications for Coca-Cola North America.  In this role, she is responsible for government relations and issues management, media relations and external communications, community relations and stakeholder engagement and employee and internal communications in the Company’s West Region.  Her efforts are primarily focused in California and Hawaii.  Read More


Tamika Christy Greenwood

Tamika Christy Greenwood is a licensed attorney and leader with a track record of external affairs, campaign finance, strategic planning, and conflicts of interest. She thrives on tackling tough challenges and developing external relationships. She most recently served as Director of Government and Community relations for BART where she oversees the Government and Community Relations and public affairs activities to solicit support and promote District services.   Read More
