Ria Cotton is the Broker-Owner of Cotton Realty, a virtual brokerage focusing on economic development and real estate sales. Cotton Realty agents are spread throughout neighboring California counties to strategically meet client goals as a collective organization.
Ria’s career in real estate started in 2004, supporting loan origination, appraisal and underwriting with World Savings. As a Broker, she represents residential and commercial buyers, sellers, and also enjoys project management for independent builders in new construction.
As 2020-2021 President of the Women’s Council of Associated Real Property Broker’s, Ria leads the charge to elevate the standards of women in the real estate industry by encouraging leadership, education and the exchange of information through group learning techniques; and to provide an opportunity for women to increase their knowledge and expertise in all facets of real estate.
When not obsessing about real estate, you’ll find Ria being a supportive Fianceé and mother of 3, Deja Pointer:24 who is working on her own skin care line, Erica Johnson: 19 who is a sophomore at Prairie View A & M University, and Eric Johnson III: 14 a student athlete.
